Meeting Space is available in multiple locations on the Resort and can accommodate small groups as well as larger gatherings.
The Seascape Conference Center offers the largest space with over 4000 square feet of meeting space and separate bathrooms. There are
two configurations of this space, one with a breakout room and the other as just one large area. High-speed wireless Internet and a
phone line are available for guest use. This area is appropriate for banquets, meetings and large gatherings.
Ariel Dunes II offers a more intimate conference space with capacity of about 45
individuals. This area provides a beautiful view of the Ariel Dunes II pool and sundeck with close proximity to the building’s bathroom
facilities. This area is appropriate for small meetings that are formal or informal. High-speed wireless Internet is available for guest use.
Whales Tail Beach Bar & Grill has the perfect venue for an informal beach wedding reception or casual
banquet. Located directly on Seascape beach, the downstairs bar area of Whales Tail can be rented in the off season for patrons to host their
wedding receptions or informal parties. Seating area is limited on the deck, but the beach offer plenty of space for guests to gather.
Seascape Golf Shop Grill is located on the north end of the resort and offers seating for 75 as well as a big screen television and
outdoor porch. This meeting space is flexible and can be utilized in many ways by groups for banquet areas, parties and non-traditional
meeting space.
Emerald Bay Clubhouse is located two miles west of Seascape Resort in the gated community of Emerald Bay. Renovated in 2008, this clubhouse
has indoor and outdoor seating with a covered deck, complete with outdoor fireplace and large flat screen television. Fans throughout offer
a cool breeze and the view is superb of the Emerald Bay Golf Course and lake. This meeting space seats up to 60 and is perfect for private
fine dining, wedding receptions and executive retreats. |
